How to wear the skirt over pant

I can't believe it has been more than a month since I last posted on my beloved blog...oops! Blame it on my never-ending supply of homework! But, here I am, alive, ready to tackle the skirt over pant trend. I wore this outfit on St. Patrick's day so the plaid skirt was perfect.







I'm wearing Zara pants, American Apparel skirt, Mango shoes, vintage shirt, Urban Outfitters blazer, Express vest
